About the role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial HRD who wants to work in a unique and dynamic environment. Our global success means we are growing at an extraordinary rate. We operate in a fast-paced, agile environment and we need an HR leader who is equally dynamic - someone who can roll up their sleeves and get things done one minute and advise our board on global expansion strategy the next.

The key challenge is to develop a strategic HR capability which can consolidate our existing, incredibly strong and positive people culture, while also embedding the resilience and scalability which we need to continue our trajectory of ‘good growth’. We have committed to making a planned investment in HR systems and capacity in the medium term, and we’ll look to our HRD to design this investment programme as a priority.
